Call on the Paper and Packaging Industry, Electrical and Electronic Industry and Lighting Industry to Prepare and Submit Industry Waste Management Plans to the Minister for Approval
Dear IWMSA member,
Boma Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, gave notice under section 28(1), read with section 31 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), that she requires the Paper & Packaging Industry, the Electrical and Electronic Industry and the Lighting Industry to prepare and submit industry waste management plans to the Minister for approval.
